By placing an order with us the customer is entering into a legally binding contract to pay for all products and services purchased at the time of purchase. The customer will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Rebearth Future Adventure’s Terms and Conditions and the customer’s use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst Rebearth Future Adventure are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, Rebearth Future Adventure give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under the law of the resident country of our customers are not offered to potential customers.The Contract of Sale between the customer and Rebearth Future Adventure for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched) Products and services purchased by means of cheque will only be dispatched once the funds have cleared into Rebearth Future Adventure’s bank account. The customer’s right to cancel the contract The Customer may normally cancel your order (once accepted by Rebearth) for any reason up to the time of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.Returns Policy
If the customer is not entirely delighted with the products that they have chosen they may return them to Rebearth Future Adventure within 30 days of receipt. Rebearth Future Adventure will be more than happy to offer the customer an exchange or, if the following terms of return are abided by, a full refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Rebearth Future Adventure accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card, Debit Card, personal or business cheque. Rebearth Future Adventure currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Delta & Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches the customer’s destination country will be the customer’s responsibility as Rebearth Future Adventure has no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Rebearth Future Adventure endeavours to display through this website all items in our current range. Rebearth Future Adventure aims to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in the customers shopping basket. The stock status for the customer’s order will also be notified to the customer on their order confirmation.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and Rebearth Future Adventure can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 3pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received after 3pm will be despatched on the day after the next day. UK Delivery

Stock permitting, all orders placed by mail-order or on the web are usually despatched to arrive with UK customers within 2-3 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, Rebearth Future Adventure will notify the customer of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Rebearth Future Adventure takes every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, Rebearth Future Adventure cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by the customer.
